If something didn&#039;t arrive as expected, this policy explains when and how you can request an exchange, a repair or a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Confirmed purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the purchase has been made and confirmed <strong>we do not issue cash refunds for change of mind<\/strong>, except where applicable law requires it. Each organizer is prepared in the finish you chose, so it is not handled as an immediately resalable product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do cover, at no cost to you, the two cases explained below: <strong>product damaged during shipping<\/strong> and <strong>manufacturing defect<\/strong> within the warranty period. In both cases the remedy is replacement or repair of the product or of the affected parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Product condition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Keep its original packaging and protective materials.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Include all of its trays, hardware and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, transfer or order conversation).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Include photographs of the product at the time of the request.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Product damaged during shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your order when you receive it. If the product arrived damaged in transit, report it within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> following delivery to the email address <a href=\"mailto:contacto@kingsgrillcabinets.com\">contacto@kingsgrillcabinets.com<\/a>, attaching <strong>photographs of the product and the packaging<\/strong> as evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are <strong>covered by King&#8217;s Grill Cabinets<\/strong>. Once our technical department inspects the product, the reshipment is approved and we replace the complete organizer or only the damaged parts, <strong>at no extra cost to you<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Manufacturing defects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">King&#8217;s Grill Cabinets offers a warranty of <strong>30 calendar days from the date of delivery<\/strong> of the cabinet. If your product shows a defect within this period, we repair or replace it at no cost, including any shipping charges incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The warranty covers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Parts, hardware or coating coming loose.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Failures of parts caused by manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing defects in the structure, hinges and hardware.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The warranty does not cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Damage from improper use: impacts, drops or careless handling.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from modifications made by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Improper installation.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Normal wear from use, direct exposure to fire, prolonged weather exposure or extreme humidity.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Optional extended coverage.<\/strong> At the time of your purchase you can add a <strong>full-coverage protection plan for $45 USD<\/strong> that extends protection to <strong>3 months<\/strong> counted from the date of delivery. It is purchased once, per unit, and is non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Handle installation.<\/strong> Fitting the handles is the customer&#039;s responsibility and is not covered by the warranty. Use the correct Phillips screwdriver and moderate force: over-tightening or using the wrong tool strips the thread and damages the part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Custom or made-to-order products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products manufactured with special dimensions, finishes or engravings are produced exclusively for you, and therefore <strong>are not eligible for return due to change of mind<\/strong>. Only returns or replacements for manufacturing defects or shipping damage apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Return process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>1. Authorization.<\/strong> We will confirm whether the return is accepted and give you an authorization number and shipping or delivery instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>3. Sending the product.<\/strong> Send the product packed with its original protective materials.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>4. Inspection.<\/strong> Once we receive it, we inspect it within 3 to 5 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>5. Resolution.<\/strong> We notify you whether a refund, exchange or repair applies.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As stated in point 1, <strong>we do not issue cash refunds for change of mind<\/strong>. The remedy in covered cases is replacement or repair of the product or of the affected parts, at no charge to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When <strong>applicable law<\/strong> requires a refund, it is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase within <strong>10 to 15 business days<\/strong> after the inspection. To process it we need you to verify your identity and the details of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to you by the <strong>Federal Consumer Protection Law<\/strong> ; you may turn to PROFECO to enforce them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finish exchanges are only possible while the order has not entered production or shipping.
