What is the organizer made of?
It's built from 100% high-quality melamine, with a sealed surface that resists splashes, grease and indirect heat. The trays are food-grade stainless steel.
How many trays does it come with?
It comes with seven stainless steel trays —two large and five small— plus three circular slots for sauce bowls or cups. All of them are removable and wash like any kitchen utensil.
How many finishes are available?
Eighteen melamine finishes, from the lightest White and Polar to the near-black Wuengue. Parota and Ginger also come in a vertical grain version.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping anywhere in Mexico costs $789 MXN and to the United States $1,569 MXN, both per unit. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. In Ciudad Juárez there is local delivery for $400 MXN.
What warranty does it have?
Thirty calendar days from delivery, against manufacturing defects. You can extend it to three months by adding the full-coverage protection plan for $45 USD at the time of purchase.
Can I use it on top of the grill?
No. The organizer sits next to the grill, never over the fire or in direct contact with hot surfaces. It's made to withstand indirect heat and moderate weather.
