These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from King’s Grill Cabinets, a business dedicated to the design, manufacture and sale of premium grill organizers and cabinets, with address in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Our products

Our organizers are made with high-quality melamine, food-grade stainless steel trays and finishes inspired by natural woods such as Parota and Nogal. Because these are products with natural-look finishes, the tone and grain may vary slightly from the photographs on the site, which are illustrative. These variations are not considered defects.

2. Quotes and orders

  • Quotes are requested through WhatsApp or the site's contact form.
  • Every quote is valid for 15 calendar days from the date it is sent.
  • An order is considered confirmed once the corresponding deposit is received.
  • Custom-sized orders or orders with special finishes require written confirmation of the specifications.

3. Prices and payment methods

Prices are quoted in Mexican pesos (MXN) for Mexico and in dollars (USD) for the United States, and may change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed in your valid quote. We accept bank transfer and deposit, as well as any additional methods confirmed during the quote. Payments are processed through the Openpay gateway. For made-to-order products we request a 50% deposit and settlement of the balance before shipping or delivery.

4. Production and shipping times

  • In-stock products: shipping or delivery within 3 to 5 business days from payment.
  • Made-to-order products: estimated production time of 10 to 15 business days, plus shipping time.
  • We ship within Mexico and to the southern United States, and make local deliveries in Ciudad Juárez.
  • Carrier times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond our control.

5. Warranty

We offer a warranty of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the cabinet. It covers parts coming loose and failures caused by manufacturing, including the structure, hinges and hardware. You can extend it to 3 months by adding the full-coverage protection plan for $45 USD at the time of your purchase.

It does not cover impacts, drops, careless handling, improper installation, modifications made by the customer or normal wear, direct exposure to fire, prolonged weather exposure or extreme humidity. The installation of the handles is the customer's responsibility and requires a Phillips screwdriver and moderate force. Full details are in our Return Policy.

6. Product use and care

  • Place the organizer near the grill, never over the fire or in direct contact with hot surfaces.
  • Clean the unit with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid solvents and abrasive scouring pads.
  • The stainless steel trays can be washed like any kitchen utensil.
  • Keep the product out of the rain and prolonged direct sun to preserve the finish.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

8. Intellectual property

King’s Grill Cabinets is a trademark registered with IMPI (Mexican Institute of Industrial Property). The company is also a member of GS1, the product identification standards body for global commerce.

The brand, its logo, photographs, product designs and the contents of this site are the property of King’s Grill Cabinets. Their reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

King’s Grill Cabinets shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the products, nor for delays or failures attributable to third parties, such as carriers or payment service providers, without prejudice to the rights granted to the consumer by applicable law.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its last updated date.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. You may also turn to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) to enforce your rights as a consumer.
