King's Grill Organizer

The King's Grill Organizer is the griller's workstation: it keeps cuts, seasonings, sauces and tools tidy and within reach while the grill does its thing. It's built in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, from 100% high-quality melamine.

What's included

Inside it carries seven food-grade stainless steel trays —two large and five small— plus three circular slots for sauce bowls or cups. The trays are removable: they lift out and wash like any kitchen utensil, and their anti-spill rim prevents accidents on the way to the grill.

How it's made

The lid opens on reinforced soft-close hinges and holds itself up thanks to the gas struts (newton-rated gas springs), so you can serve with both hands. The sealed surface resists splashes, grease and indirect heat, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.

Eighteen finishes

It's made in 18 melamine finishes, from the lightest White and Polar to the near-black Wuengue, by way of warm woods such as Parota, Nogal, Tzalam, Cedro and Riviera. Parota and Ginger are also available in a vertical grainversion, with the grain running across the width of the lid.

Who it's for

For whoever runs the weekend barbecue, for taquerías and food trucks that need their ingredients kept separate, and for outdoor events and catering. It's light and portable: from the patio to the cabin or the campsite.
